A BATHING APE® offers a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and hygiene-sensitive items are considered final sale.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original BAPE® packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

Affix Shipping Label

Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
